This is the best physical therapy clinic in the Memphis area! Ken knows his stuff and commits to not only treating pain but preventing future injury. There’s a very family-oriented feel among all employees. 10/10 would recommend!

I love Dr Ken! I’ve had problems with my neck for years. I have now had three sessions of dry needling and my neck is so much better. I completely trust his techniques and intervention. I’m starting to have many more pain-free days. I highly recommend anyone who needs physical therapy regardless if it’s a neck shoulder back hip or knee. Go see him you’ll feel better.

Ken is the best! Whole family has been seeing him for years whenever we are hurting. Dry needling with stem has been extremely beneficial. His whole staff is friendly and inviting. Ken will listen and help with any of your PT needs. Highly recommend!!

Okay, buckle up! I have a lot to say. I’m a tradesman. If you’re like me, this next bit will resonate with you. My career and the wear & tear that comes with it had blessed me with chronic back pain before I was in my 30’s. Existence is pain… Dr. Ken helped me with that chronic back pain and I haven’t had any issues in over 5 years. He was incredibly attentive, perceptive, understanding and thorough. But remember, I work a laborious job so of course I’ve managed to unlock a new pain. This time, pins and needles down my left arm, sometimes with sharp aching jolts. Time to see Ken. This time he’s got a beautiful new facility in Atoka and a quality crew to go with it. Katie is the Practice Manager/Bouncer. She seems to have unlimited patience and wit, though I was careful not to cross her. Morgan is there, too, I’m not sure what she does. Just kidding, she’ll help you through your stretches/exercises and if you’re lucky she’ll (accidentally) toss a yoga ball at you. Of course Dr. Ken is just as attentive, perceptive, understanding and thorough as he’s always been. But you know what? My arm is MUCH better now. Did you see that coming? Ken not only worked with me to diagnose the issue but he also educated me on how to properly manage my body and how best to avoid this happening again. Now I just need to stick to it. I know how easy it is to get in the routine of long hours, job after job, side work after your day-job, but you’ve got to take care of your body at some point. So, when? After all, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure, right? Thank you so much, Ken & Crew, I can’t wait for my next injury so I can come visit! J.

McMahon physical therapy provides patient centered care. The patient is the focus during each session. The therapists at McMahon’s physical therapy work one on one with each patient ensuring that exercises are being done correctly. It is impossible for this to be done when the therapist is standing at a computer and charting, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, or eating their snacks and meals. Each patients plan of care is personalized based on the patient’s individual progress and not a “standard” plan of care. The staff at McMahon physical therapy form bonds with their patients and each patient is treated like family. After receiving PT at a different local facility for 7 months following back surgery, I’m very thankful for Ken and his entire staff for the exceptional patient centered care they have provided and continue to provide me. I will exceed my goals with the support and encouragement of McMahon physical therapy .
